Food truck events are an integral part of the food truck business as they create awareness about the trucks, what they are selling, and where people can generally find them on the streets aside from specific events. There are several food truck inspired events in southern Ontario that highlight the amazing meals that these trucks can offer the public as an alternative to restaurants or eating at home. A food truck event is a predetermined congregation of several food trucks at one location in a community. Check out the events we attended for some great examples here (link). Aside from food truck specific events, some events are geared toward highlighting something else such as conferences or markets, but decide to bring food trucks in as an alternative and unique food option.
